Techniques

 

Leg Triangle

 

Apply a Leg Triangle from the Back.

 

1.

Gain Butterfly Guard Position by placing feet on opponent's hips

   
2.

Block Punch and pull arm against leg to trap.

 

   
3.

Trap other arm, and pull on.

   
4.

Opponent postures up, hold wrists and push off with feet.

 

   
5.

As opponent stands, retain position.

 

   
6.

Withdraw foot to treaten kick.

   
7.

Place foot on shoulder, and pull hard on wrists to secure.

 

   
8.

Slip leg over opponent's shoulder, and continue to pull opponent down.

 

   
9.

Slip leg over behind opponents neck as pulling down. pass leg over back of neck, and lock with other leg.

 

   
10.

Lock legs, and pull opponent down and into own chest.

   
11.

Complete Lock Up by pulling opponent's arm across body and pulling down on head.
