Reversal From
Mounted Position
See how to Reverse your position when mounted by your
opponent.

1. From The Mounted Position,
watch for punch. |
 |

|
|
|
|
|
2. Move to the side, and block
punch to outside. |
 |
|
| |
|
|
|
3. Move free hand to knee, duck under punch, trap opponent's leg
under on same side. |
 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Place Foot on floor to
outside of opponent, lift hip, and drive opponent upward. |
 |
|
| |
|
|
|
5. Continue to drive upward and to the side to break opponent's
balance.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
|
| 6. Drive opponent onto his back,
into the Guard Position.
|
 |
|
| |
|
|
|
7. Control opponent by leaning weight onto his chest.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
|
| 8. Throw Punch and look to pass
Guard.
|
 |
|
